We had very positive experience while staying at the hotel. The breakfast was included, friendly staff and good food offered during our stay.

negativo: The AC was not functioning properly during our stay, so we had to purchase a small fan to make the room more comfortable. Additionally, we initially booked the room for three nights but realized we needed it for four. We contacted Catch It to amend the reservation, but we did not receive any assistance. Despite multiple emails, no changes were made. As our stay date approached, we reached out again, only to find that the rate for the additional night had risen to over $700 USD?significantly more than the total we paid for the initial three nights. So for only ONE night, we had to go and find a different hotel!! This was very disappointing.
