The property requires prepayment as stated in the confirmation via PayPal
Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the PayPal link
To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received
Please note that rates do not include electricity consumption fee, which is charged at THB 7 per an electrical unit
The fee shall be paid directly at the property upon check-out
A security deposit of THB 15000 is required upon arrival for incidentals
This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
