For stays of 7 nights or more, a security deposit of THB 5000 is required
This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation

Housekeeping services are provided once a week for guests staying a minimum of 7 nights
Electricity fee will be charged at THB 7 per electrical unit, and water fee will be charged at THB 18 per water unit for guests who stay longer than 7 nights
