The other 30% will be charged up to 60 days before arrival day by bank transfer, and the remaining 40% will be charged in cash at check-in
A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals
This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
