- The Glacier Lodge is a well-appointed 3-storey condominium lodge offering a convenient ski-in/ski-out location, just steps from Blackcomb Mountain¿s Wizard quad chair. - Number of rooms: 105 - Accommodation: TV, telephone, internet access, DVD player. - Facilities: non smoking property, restaurant, bar, heated outdoor pool, fitness centre, whirlpool, spa, guest laundry, gift shop, parking $15. - Ski facilities: ski storage, ski shop, ski rental.Note: May 1 - Oct 31, 08: 2 night minimum stay Cancellation policy: May 1 - Oct 31, 08: 7 days or less, 100% of entire stay. Minimum age to check in: 19 years. Note: VIP program (local calls, incoming faxes, one DVD rental per day, laundry soap, in room coffee). Minimum age to check in: 19 years. Limited Housekeeping: every 4th day for stays of 5 nights or longer. Consists of: change of bed sheets and towels, and tidying up of kitchen and bathroom.
- From Seattle, the border crossing is about 176 km or 100 miles. Travelling north take the Interstate 5 (the I-5) to the very last exit before the Canadian border crossing (do not cross the Peace Arch border crossing). Cross into Canada and head north on the highway for about 15 miles until intersecting with Route 1 - the Trans Canada Highway. Do not take 1A. Take route 1 West. At Horseshoe Bay Route 1 becomes Highway 99. Whistler is about 1.5 hours away.
- The guest room televisions are equipped with cable channels, DVD players and VCRs. Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access is provided. All accommodation units provide telephones with voice mail, a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board. An en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double bed and individually regulated air conditioning and heating also feature as standard. Hotel Rooms includes One queen bed OR Two queen beds.
