The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied.

En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
