The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
Guests mustn't leave any rubbish in the accommodation prior to departure. Otherwise, a EUR 150 waste fee will be charged to the guest.
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office.
In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.
The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. Deberás abonar el importe total de la reserva antes de llegar. te enviará la confirmación con todos los datos del pago. Después de realizar el pago, el alojamiento te enviará un e-mail con los datos del establecimiento, incluidas la dirección y el lugar donde recoger las llaves.
En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
