The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
A fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of office hours for missing keys or leaving them inside the accommodation. It is necessary for the guest to collect new keys from our office.
No trash should be left on the property on the day of departure. Guests are required to remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged.
Guests must register under Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26). Deberás abonar el importe total de la reserva antes de llegar. te enviará la confirmación con todos los datos del pago. Después de realizar el pago, el alojamiento te enviará un e-mail con los datos del establecimiento, incluidas la dirección y el lugar donde recoger las llaves.
En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
