El desayuno tipo Bufet, con buen surtido y calidad. La atencion del personal en la recepcion.
El colchon de la cama blando e inestable con poco confort para dormir, falta dotar la habitacion con un ventilador para la temporada de verano.

Nothing. Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel immediately after checking in. The facilities were far below what was advertised, and the staff were unhelpful and rude throughout. We asked for assistance, but no one was willing to help or offer any solution, so we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel that same night.
Everything. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. There was no refrigerator in the room, even though my husband is diabetic and needs to keep his insulin refrigerated. We asked if they could store it in the kitchen, at reception, or anywhere else, but they refused to help or offer any alternative. The room also had no air conditioning, and it was unbearably hot. The receptionist’s only suggestion was to open the windows. Unfortunately, our window faced the garbage area, so we were forced to choose between the unbearable heat or the terrible smell coming from the trash. To make matters worse, we were told the hotel only had 20 fans and that they were all being used. We were told we could only have one if another guest returned theirs. Otherwise, there was nothing they could do. The staff were extremely rude, showed no empathy, and made no effort to help us despite our circumstances. Because of the unacceptable conditions and the lack of support, we had no choice but to leave the hotel that same night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
