A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidental charges, by French cheque, preauthorization, cash or bank transfer
This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
Keys must be picked up at the agency in charge of the accommodation, which is located at a different address to the rental property
This address will be communicated to you by the agency after the reservation has been paid in full, 30 days prior to your arrival at the latest
Guests are kindly requested to clean the apartment before departure
Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation rate
