Reception opening hours:
Summer season: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 20:00 and Friday to Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00
Winter season: 24-hour reception
Room rates include accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel and 1 small towel) cleaning linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), bed linen, cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except tourist tax) and basic WiFi access (for up to 5 devices)
The reception is located at the Saskia Falaise building
After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence
Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost
For short stays (2 nights minimum), arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (subject to availability, they may be possible until 17:00)
For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at the property at an extra cost
The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 pushchair, 1 changing mat

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees
