A security deposit of 400 EUR for incidentals needs to be paid at arrival
This deposit will be returned within 3 weeks after check-out, minus any deductions for energy consumption and any damage caused to the accommodation
Bed linen and towels are included in room rate
Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use, within 3 weeks after check-out
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival

After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you
